As an association committed to the rights and well-being of employees, we take pride in the strides we have made towards a more equitable workplace. Our success in securing special considerations for women employees in transfers and postings is a step towards a more supportive work environment. We continue our fight against the denial of cafeteria allowance/perks during maternity leave, and we have sought the intervention of Hon’ble Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman to ensure justice.
