Dear comrades, We are pleased to note that the management has positively responded to the request made by the FCI Employees Association (CITU) regarding the resumption and expansion of training sessions for Category III employees. The association had highlighted the need for such training due to the advancements in technology and the introduction of new systems like QMS, Automatic Grain Analyzers, eOffice, and HRMS.
We appreciate the management's understanding and swift action in this matter. The decision to restart these training sessions will significantly enhance the skills and efficiency of the employees, thereby contributing to the overall operational effectiveness of the organization.
