Dear comrades I am writing to inform you of a recent development regarding our ongoing efforts to secure a special increment for FCI employees. With the approval of our president, Dr. A Sampath Ji, our association reached out to Dr. V Sivadasan, CPI(M) Rajya Sabha MP, to request his help in addressing this issue. I am pleased to inform you that Dr. Sivadasan MP has taken up our matter and written a letter to the Hon'ble Food Minister, Shri Piyush Goyal, requesting his assistance in this matter. This is a positive step forward in our fight for fair compensation and recognition for the hard work that we do. We are grateful for Dr. Sivadasan MP's support and dedication to our cause, and we will continue to work tirelessly on behalf of all FCI employees. Withdraw illogical policy to rent out FCI Godowns - FCI Employees Association (CITU)

Dear comrades, We have come to know that while the Corporation is paying rent to private godowns, it is also planning to rent out its own godowns for monetisation. This is a wrong policy. with facts & figures this has explained to C&MD and requested to withdraw this wrong policy.

Reject CGG’s Proposal of Manpower Reduction

 Dear comrades, The CGG’s study has been conducted without taking into consideration the interests of the employees and the implications of the reduction in manpower. Hence, We requested FCI C&MD to reject its suggestion of manpower reduction.
