(17-07-24) Good morning dear comrades, As you aware that FCI Employees Association (CITU) has been tirelessly advocating for the enhancement of the Productivity Linked Incentive (PLI) percentage for all FCI employees. Despite the limitation set by the last wage revision, which capped PLI at 2%, our association has continuously highlighted that employees are deserving of minimum of 25% PLI based on their contributions and productivity. Despite our persistent efforts, the management has conveyed that they are unable to address the PLI issue due to the constraints of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed during the last wage revision and the ongoing court case. However, we remain optimistic that our demand for increasing the PLI percentage and introducing an FCI-specific *Productivity Linked Bonus* *(*PLB*)*scheme will be considered once the legal matters are resolved. We assure all members that we will continue to strive for a favorable resolution to this critical issue. A reply of management is issued for kind information of all.
Yours fraternallyGibin Varghese
