(27-3-25) comrades, After receiving many requests from employees, we proposed revision of incentives increment scheme for acquiring higher qualifications like PhD, it make the current scheme more effective and inclusive, we propose granting four special increments in the form of "Personal Pay" for employees who acquire a PhD while in service. Additionally, a one-time lump-sum incentive of ₹30,000 should be granted upon completion of a PhD. Letter enclosed for ready reference.
