(19-2-25) Good Morning Dear Comrades, We are happy to inform you that our representation regarding the denial of cafeteria allowance/perks to women employees of the FCI during maternity leave has made significant progress. Our association had formally raised this concern through a letter addressed to Hon’ble Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, who oversees the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE). We have now received confirmation that our letter has been forwarded to the concerned authorities for appropriate action.
This development marks a positive step toward ensuring fair treatment and equal benefits for all women employees. We will keep you updated on further developments.
