Dear FCI Friends, The FCI Employees Association (CITU) strongly condemns the unjust and discriminatory decision imposed by the management through Office Orders dated 10th and 11th February 2025, which enforce a 5-year debarment on Category III officials transferred to Jammu & Kashmir, HP,and Rajasthan on administrative grounds.
In response to this injustice, the FCI Employees Association (CITU) formally submitted a protest letter to the Executive Director (North) and CLC ,Following our strong protest, the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) in New Delhi took cognizance of our concerns and directed the Deputy CLC to take necessary action. This intervention underscores the effectiveness of our continuous efforts in challenging management’s authoritarian actions and advocating for the rights of FCI employees.
We call upon all employees to stand in solidarity with the FCI Employees Association (CITU) in our ongoing struggle against such arbitrary and unjust policies. Strong collective action is the key to ensuring that the management respects employee rights and adheres to fair and just administrative practices.
On behalf of the North Zone leadership of the FCI Employees Association (CITU), we reaffirm our commitment to pursuing all necessary actions to oppose this unjust debarment and uphold the interests of our members.
Support FCI Employees Association (CITU) for stronger actions against management injustice.
