(21-10-24)Dear Comrades, Today, I had the privilege of being approached by some of our esteemed ex-servicemen over the phone, who highlighted the recent court judgment in their favor regarding the issue of pay fixation. I wholeheartedly congratulate them on their united approach, which led to this significant achievement. Their perseverance has once again proven that collective efforts lead to success.I have assured them that the FCI Employees Association will stand firmly by their side, & I have made it my top priority to take up this matter with the C&MD for the uniform implementation of the judgment. As a first step towards this, I have already written a letter to the C&MD to ensure that justice is served promptly and fairly for all our ex-servicemen comrades.I deeply appreciate the faith they have placed in our Association and want to assure them that we will continue to give them our full support until their rightful benefits are granted. Together, we will continue to fight for the rights & welfare of all FCI employees.
