Request to Address Drawbacks of QMS Software

FCI Employees Association (CITU) highlighted that QMS software was implemented without consulting trade unions or taking employees into confidence. This oversight has resulted in numerous operational inefficiencies and duplication of QC work, significantly impacting our ability to perform effectively.
