Dear comrades,

It is to inform all of you that FCI Employees Association (CITU) has submitted a proposal to revise the current transfer policy guidelines for Category III employees. Our aim is to create a more transparent and fair transfer process that ensures the welfare and convenience of all employees. We believe that the proposed guidelines will enable employees to exercise greater choice and control over their transfers.We are confident that these changes will create a more efficient and employee-friendly transfer system that benefits all members of the FCI community.
