Dear comrades, Today's meeting with CLC and FCI management at New Delhi was a significant step towards addressing our demand regarding ratio revision. The CLC(C) has advised the FCI management to form an internal committee to tackle the issue of stagnation, following our discussion on revising the ratio for vertical distribution among category III posts. We are thankful for the support from our young employees. Pay fixation as per Regulation 82 on Promotion- Important update

 Dear comrades, It has come to our attention that while fixing pay on promotions, one increment, constituting 3% of basic pay on the capacity of Assistant Grade III, AGII, or AG I, has been allowed in the time scale of pay. However, the next higher stage/increment in the time scale of pay of the promoted posts has not been fixed, which is in violation of Staff Regulation 82.

We are pleased to inform you that this matter has been taken up with FCI HQrs in light of various court judgments. The management has responded positively. A copy of their reply is enclosed for reference. However, to ensure that every promoted employee receives their rightful benefits, it is crucial that each one of you gives representation at the earliest.Let's stand united to ensure that the rightful benefits are extended to each and every one of us.
