The FCI Employees Association (CITU) expresses profound grief and heartfelt condolences on the demise of Comrade Chandran and Comrade Sreenivasan, two committed leaders and tireless fighters of the employees’ movement in Food Corporation of India.
Comrade Chandran had served the Association with dedication as Alappuzha District Secretary and Regional Committee Member, Kerala, while Comrade Sreenivasan, former District Secretary from Calicut and Regional committee member kerala remained actively involved in employee and pensioners’ welfare even after retirement. Both comrades fought uncompromisingly for the rights, dignity, and welfare of FCI employees throughout their lives.
Their commitment, sincerity, and valuable contributions to the trade union movement will always remain an inspiration to all of us.We convey our deepest condolences to the bereaved family members, relatives, friends, and comrades.
