Under the banner “YOUR VOICE, OUR STRUGGLE – TOWARDS A STRONGER FCI WORKFORCE,” we have placed before you 41 clear, just, and long-pending demands that reflect the aspirations of every FCI employee, be it in depots, offices, or the field. Dear comrades, these are not just promises they are our commitments backed persistent follow-ups, and collective action in FCI , Ministry, Parliament, and on the ground.Cast your vote for the “Writing Pen” symbol, Your vote is not just a mark, it is a movement to reclaim the dignity and rights of FCI employees.Let us stand united, vote decisively, and make our voice stronger than ever before.This manifesto is not the final word in our struggle.
