REQUEST FOR PLI & DIWALI GIFT TO FCI EMPLOYEES

Dear Comrades,

We are pleased to inform you that the matter of disbursing PLI before Diwali and providing a Diwali gift similar to what has been extended to CWC employees has been taken up directly with the Chairman & Managing Director (C&MD) of FCI.We have expressed our concerns regarding the delay in PLI disbursement and the need for a Diwali gift that reflects the contribution of all employees. The C&MD has been urged to intervene immediately to ensure that the PLI is disbursed before the Diwali festival and to consider a Diwali gift package in line with what CWC has already introduced for their employees.

Ex-Servicemen's Pay fixation - Good News

(21-10-24)Dear Comrades, Today, I had the privilege of being approached by some of our esteemed ex-servicemen over the phone, who highlighted the recent court judgment in their favor regarding the issue of pay fixation. I wholeheartedly congratulate them on their united approach, which led to this significant achievement. Their perseverance has once again proven that collective efforts lead to success.I have assured them that the FCI Employees Association will stand firmly by their side, & I have made it my top priority to take up this matter with the C&MD for the uniform implementation of the judgment. As a first step towards this, I have already written a letter to the C&MD to ensure that justice is served promptly and fairly for all our ex-servicemen comrades.I deeply appreciate the faith they have placed in our Association and want to assure them that we will continue to give them our full support until their rightful benefits are granted. Together, we will continue to fight for the rights & welfare of all FCI employees.

Work Life Balance of FCI Employees

Dear Comrades, FCI Employees Association (CITU) has taken up the issue of employees receiving calls and messages from officers after working hours, including during sick leaves and public holidays. We understand the impact this has on your personal time and well-being, and we are actively pursuing this matter with FCI management. We will continue to push for clear guidelines to ensure that such practices are stopped, and your work-life balance is respected.
